Unisis Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “we”), in consideration of our responsibility to provide a stable supply of products and to keep medical care going, is committed to information security on a company-
wide basis based on the following policy regarding the protection of information assets held by us, in
order to maintain the trust and security of our customers.

1. Management Responsibility

We will improve and enhance our information security systematically and continuously under the
leadership of our management.

2. Development of internal systems

We establish internal formal rules for information security measures to maintain and improve information security.

3. Employee Initiatives

Our employees will actively work to acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security.

4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements

We comply with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers.

5. Response to violations and incidents

We shall work to prevent the occurrence of violations or incidents related to information security, and in the event that a violation or incident does occur, we shall promptly take appropriate action and prevent recurrence.
