Shape of needle tip
The shape of needle tip is Lancet Point for achieving smooth and stable puncture. Its angle is ground for optimal puncture into thick skin of large animals.
Preventional treatment for needle loosening
When injecting drug solution into large animals, a needle once punctured can be easily fell off and may cause troubles.
Unisis developed a function to prevent the loose puncture by Glass-Bead Blasting on the needle end surface.
Needle hub
The needle hub is featured with large bore 3.8mm inner dia. or 50 Moto in the Japanese standard to describe the needle hub size.
It prevents erroneous use of this needle to human beings and also allows to inject large amount of drug solution.
Puncture
As skins of large animals are thick but sensitive, high performance of puncture is required.
Although Unisis’ veterinary needle is large-gauge type, it has high puncture performance with sharp needle tip.
